Gwen Turner, APRN

Gwen Turner, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner serving patients at Comprehensive Pain Management Partners, with offices in Tampa, Dade City, Venice, and New Port Richey, Florida. With a strong background in both acute and outpatient care, Gwen is known for her compassionate, detail-oriented approach and her commitment to helping patients feel informed, supported, and confident in their care decisions. 

Gwen brings years of hands-on clinical experience across diverse healthcare settings, including endoscopy, cardiac and neuro step-down units, telemetry, medical-surgical care, emergency departments, and home health. This broad foundation allows her to deliver well-rounded, evidence-based care while tailoring treatment plans to each patient’s unique needs. She has extensive experience with advanced clinical assessments, medication management, chronic disease education, and preventive care.

Throughout her career, Gwen has been deeply involved in patient education and advocacy. She is passionate about breaking down complex medical information into clear, practical guidance that empowers patients to actively participate in their health. Her approach emphasizes safety, continuity of care, and open communication, ensuring patients feel heard at every visit.

Gwen earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University and holds national board certification through the ANCC. She is an active member of the Tampa Bay Advanced Practice Nurses Council and remains committed to ongoing learning and maintaining high standards of clinical excellence.
